One houses in-process particle sizing equipment made by Microtrac and Micromeritics. The other laboratory for final inspection and testing is equipped with a state of the art sequential XRF. Correlative XRF history with our raw material suppliers ensures that our customers purchase order requirements are being met.

Production personnel continually monitor and record in-process material through the use of particle size analyzers to guarantee that the customer's product is consistently running within their statistical process control (SPC) limits.

A ridgid quality system allows us to give customers an analytical history of past purchases through the use of statistical process control.
